            HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education. HypnoBirthing is the ORIGINAL hypnosis birthing method. This childbirth program includes the HypnoBirthing-The Mongan Method book and CD. Included in the course is an additional cd and hypnosis scripts along with hand-outs. We provide on-going monthly childbirth classes in preparation for your upcoming birth experience
