HypnoBirthing-The Mongan Method
HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education. HypnoBirthing is the ORIGINAL hypnosis birthing method. This childbirth program includes the HypnoBirthing-The Mongan Method book and CD. Included in the course is an additional cd and hypnosis scripts along with hand-outs.
HypnoBirthing® is a rewarding, relaxing, stress free method of birthing. When the mind and body are at ease, nature is free to function as it was intended. HypnoBirthing® allows women to use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing in a way that most mirrors nature. Emphasis is placed on both pregnancy and childbirth as well as on HypnoBirthing®.
HypnoBirthing® is one of the most current birthing methods; it is as new as today and as old as ancient times.
Learn Relaxation Techniques to Eliminate Fear, Tension, and Pain in a retreat like setting. The classes are located 15 minutes west of Nashville on three acres of rolling wooded hills. The atmosphere of the class setting is both professional with all advanced learning systems and yet the retreat like setting supports the body, mind and spirit of the participants. Achieve birth fulfillment--awake and alert--in a totally relaxed state of mind and body.

We support Women in their desire to Breastfeed. For a new Mom and her newborn breastfeeding is a learning experience. To avoid the most common challenges we highly recommend "prevention" as the best means towards success. This requires education by not only the Mom, but by Doulas, Caregivers, Family and other Women who can provide support and encouragement.
