B.A.B.Y.INC OR THE BODYWORKERS ASSOCIATION FOR THE BIRTHING YEAR, INC. was founded and developed by Sandy Ventura Gordon, who had been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee with a private practice of many years. Sandy was passionate about pregnancy and birth and upon completely her midwifery training set out to develop quality training programs for the Massage Profession.
B.A.B.Y. INC's training programs were approved by NCBTMB in 1997 and became a leading training source in Prenatal Massage Certification and Massage Birth Assistant/Doula Certification in those early years of the Massage Profession.
The most important goal for Sandy and B.A.B.Y. INC., is to have the highest quality education training programs for adult learners within the Massage Profession.
